Access provided through the front door. Door Code provided morning of check-in via message.
Parking in driveway fits 2-3 vehicles. If there are additional vehicles, you can park in the street in front of the house. There is always street parking available.

House Manual
Outdoor bins for trash(black) and recycling(blue) are in the driveway. Trash day is Wednesday, please put the bins along the street on Tuesday night.
Code on back gate is 0420 in case you need to access the property from the backyard.
There are a few backyard lights. 1) Under hang lights. Lightswitch located inside next to backyard door. 2) Overhead string lights. Plug these into the outlet to turn them on. 3) Big flood lights at basketball court. Lightswitch is next to sliding glass door.

Found in master bedroom closet. Air mattress has a built in pump, just plug it in and turn it on.

House Rules
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the balcony.
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
- No Unregistered Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay.
- Max of 4 on Sundeck: No more than 4 people on the Sundeck at any one time. Any more is dangerous.
- No dunking: That's cool you can dunk, but please don't. It's bad for the hoop and can't support the weight
- Pool Safety Rules: No running around the pooldeck, don't dive headfirst, and children must always be actively supervised when inside the pool area.
Checkout

- Take out trash: Please bag all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Dishes: Load and run the dishwasher (or hand wash any used dishes).
- Lights & doors: Turn off lights, set thermostat to eco, and lock all doors/windows.
- Replace Furniture: If you moved any furniture (chairs/tables/etc) please replace them to their original position.
- A/C & Heater: Please turn off A/C or heater upon departure.
